Ugh, shitty scanner is shitty. What happened to the good old days when I used to press down really hard on the pencil?

Anyway, the "Mindfuck Sisters", Mind Control (Acid) and Truth Serum (Medium) got a new brother... well, two actually, this is one of them. His name is Brain Surgery, alias is 'Needles'.

Like his sisters, he has a trait that is unique to him, and that comes in the form of the Spikes/Spines/Pins/Needles/Whatever on his back. They are not permanantly attatched to his back, as they are actually projectile weapons, however, only HE can use them, as they can only be removed by his own telekenisis (Which only works on these projectiles and these projectiles alone. He cannot move anything else with his telekenisis.). Each of these projectiles is hollow inside and is filled with one of two different things; A tranquilizer, or a poison that will paralyze his opponent for a good length of time. Naturally, he is immune to the effects of both of these poisons, so one could not turn his own weapon against him. The projectiles are almost like sharks teeth, and do not take long to grow back once they have been removed.

Also like both of his sisters, he has tendrils coming out of his face (6 of them, 3 on each side) that can be used to alter and/or manipulate someone's thoughts if they come in contact with an opponents head. The two tendril-like tails have the same effect, though they are more used to immobilize or strangle than anything else.

He also has those same bone-like protrusions on his skin.

So yeah... that's all of that... I'll probably end up moving this to scraps later... or maybe not. It depends on how lazy I am.
